Privacy Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

WHITE ROCK GROUP LLC ("White Rock", "we") operates quarries, produces concrete and building products, processes stone and carries out construction. This policy explains how we process personal data of customers, drivers, site contacts, neighbours of our quarries and website visitors, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR where applicable.

1. Controller

WHITE ROCK GROUP LLC, 13 Bukovynskoho Vicha St., Zastavna, 59400, Ukraine. Director: Andrii Halchyshak. Contact: office@whiterockgroupllc.forum.

2. Customers and delivery sites

We process names and contacts of customers and site contacts, delivery addresses, order and delivery times, volumes, batch numbers and signed delivery notes. For concrete deliveries, the time of loading and discharge is recorded because it affects concrete quality.

3. Drivers and weighbridge

Trucks collecting materials at our quarries and plant are registered with vehicle number, driver name and carrier, and weighed on entry and exit. Weighbridge tickets are kept as proof of quantity supplied.

4. Video surveillance

Quarries, the concrete plant and the weighbridge are monitored by CCTV to ensure safety around heavy machinery, protect equipment and confirm loading. Signs indicate monitored areas. Recordings are kept for 30 days unless needed for an incident investigation.

5. Neighbours and the community

Where quarrying operations require informing nearby residents, for example about blasting schedules or heavy traffic, we process names and addresses from lists provided by local authorities or from residents who ask to be notified, and use them only for those notices. Complaints about dust, noise or traffic are recorded with the complainant's contact details so we can respond.

6. Construction clients

We process client details, property documents needed for permits, design documents, contracts and acceptance certificates.

7. Purposes and grounds

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (subsoil use, environmental, safety, tax and construction regulation), legitimate interests (safety, quality traceability, community relations) and consent for notifications residents request.

8. Recipients

Carriers, construction and environmental inspection authorities, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil where required, testing laboratories, tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.

9. Retention

  • Delivery notes and batch records: 10 years, the service life relevant for quality claims on structures.
  • Weighbridge tickets: as required by accounting law.
  • CCTV: 30 days.
  • Community notification lists: while operations continue or until you ask to be removed.
  • Construction documentation: warranty period plus 5 years.

10. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.

11. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The concrete calculator runs in your browser.
